A modern Indian home in natural teak, woven cane and muted olive, where daylight is treated as a material and every curve is intentional.
View gallery
Rooted in a warm, modern Indian aesthetic, the HGC Residence pairs natural teak, woven cane and muted earthy finishes to create a home that feels calm, tactile and quietly permanent. Carefully framed windows fill each room with soft daylight, while a restrained palette lets the richness of the materials take centre stage.
The home unfolds through a sequence of thoughtfully framed views. Rich teak joinery, handcrafted details and natural light establish a quiet rhythm, allowing each space to feel connected to the next while retaining its own distinct character.
Every piece of joinery was drawn in the studio: a headboard that reads as architecture rather than furniture, wardrobes of fluted teak and cane, and a kitchen of natural teak cabinetry, muted olive and brushed brass. Every curve is intentional, and every detail contributes to the whole.
